It’s that time of year again when we get rolling for the Annual Bella Notte Dinner Auction event. This year Bella Notte will be on April 14th 2012. It will be held at Regis University in the Field House. Invitations have been sent. If you have not received on and would like one please email or call us with your mailing information. Or, you can RSVP online and pay through our website.
There are few changes this year for our Bella Notte event…..
We ask you to support this event by securing at least one donation with a minimum value of $25. The donation form is enclosed. Don’t be afraid to get extra copies for more than one donation! Check out the tip sheet on how to obtain donations/sponsors.
We are also asking for a $10 donation or more to go towards the wine cellars “gift cards”. Instead of purchasing wine, delivering it to the school, having them store over 100 bottles of wine till the event, and then getting it to the bid winner, this should make every one’s lives a bit easier! In place of all the wine bottles , two wine cellar gift cards will be purchased and auctioned off the night of Bella Notte.
We are in need of sponsors for this wonderful event. Contact everyone you know about the sponsorship opportunities we are offering. Sponsorship ranges from $100 to $5000. As a donor of this event, the business will receive wonderful exposure in front of a very desirable targeted audience. We are committed to promoting these businesses by encouraging our school and church families to reciprocate this generosity by patronizing them throughout the year.
Attached you’ll find all the information you’ll need to start soliciting your donations and sponsorships. Updated lists of current donations and sponsors will be regularly included in the Chatterbox and Church Bulletin, and made available online at www.stcatherine.us. Please review these lists periodically so that we can avoid soliciting the same donor twice.
As a successful Catholic school, St. Catherine depends on financial support in order to sustain and enhance extraordinary programs and facilities. This means talented teachers, small classes, and exceptional offerings in everything from the arts and technology to athletics, and above all, extending quality Catholic education to those that may otherwise not be able to afford it. Money raised from Bella Notte will be used specifically to: offset operational expenses not covered by tuition and fees; Assist with improvement projects; Provide scholarship assistance to worthy families.
